NBE Fellowship Entrance Test (NBE FET) is conducted every year for admission into 2-year Post-Doctoral FNB programs. Conducted by the National Board of Examination, the application form for the national level test is expected to open in July 2021.

Candidates can apply online through the NBE official website and understand the detailed eligibility for attempting the test. The test will be conducted in August 2021. In September, the results for the NBE FET 2021 will be released, followed by merit-based counseling conducted by the National Board of Examination for candidates who cleared the examination.

The last date for filling the application form is September 2021.
Admit cards will be issued in September/October online.
NBE FET 2021 examination will take place in September/October 2021, followed by the release of the result in the same month.
Applicants must go through the eligibility criteria set by the National Board of Examination for FET 2021.
Before applying for FET, aspiring candidates must have a permanent certification of registration of MBBS qualification.
Must have completed their Provisional Pass Certificate/ PG Medical Degree by September 2021.
Candidates waiting for the exam result after September 2021 cannot apply for the examination.
Those who are already pursuing MCH/ DM/ DNB/FNB courses are not eligible.
The FET 2021 examination will be held online (Computer Based Test).
The questions will be Objective Type, and candidates must complete 100 questions within 105 minutes.
The maximum number of marks for the online test is 400, where four marks are awarded for each correct answer and a negative mark for each wrong answer.
The FET examination is usually conducted in two parts. The first part consists of 40% of the questions from the specialty course. The second part will include questions from the Fellowship course.
Candidates must attempt the first part within 45 minutes and the second part within 60 minutes.
Counselling. After being qualified for the FET 2021 with at least 50%, candidates are eligible to participate in the counseling round held after the examination. The National Board of Examination will conduct the merit-based admission process after the declaration of the results. Candidates can check the results online on the official website by submitting their roll number and date of birth. Candidates must be present for the counseling as admission will be finalised based on the counseling process.
