This year, the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has opened application for 650 Assistant Manager post vacancies.
Eligible candidates are welcome to fill the online form on the official website. The last date to fill the form is 22nd August 2021
IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment 2021 will include an online test and an interview round. Successful candidates will serve 1-year probation divided into nine months of training and three months internship. After clearing the probation period, candidates will be recruited as Grade "A" Assistant Manager. They will be posted as Assistant Managers in various IDBI bank branches across India.
The application form is available online on the official website from 10th to 22nd August 2021. The exam will be held online as well, including an online test interview.

Candidates who have applied for the IDBI Bank Assistant Manager post can access their admit card on 27th August 2021 (Tentative date).
The IDBI Bank Online test will be held on 4th September 2021.
Results will be announced 20-25 days after the examination. Candidates can view the results, which will be uploaded on the website.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 55%. They must have proficiency in Computers.
There is an age limit of 21 to 28 years for eligibility to apply. Relaxation on the upper age limit is offered for reserved category candidates.

Click on "Apply Online" and enter all details correctly.
After payment, click on "Submit," and the application process is complete.
Candidates can access and download their admit cards from the website and carry them while appearing for the examination.
The examination will consist of an online test and an interview round.
The paper will include four sections: English, General Awareness, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
Candidates have to attempt 200 Multiple choice questions within 2 hours. The total mark is 200. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark, and for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks are deducted.
Candidates should prepare thoroughly on Logical Reasoning, Interpretation, and Analysis of Data, Banking, Economy, General Awareness, English language, and Quantitative Aptitude.
After clearing and qualifying for the test, candidates will be called for an interview and group discussion.
Prepare a study plan with equal importance given to all topics.
Plan and divide your time. In case of challenging topics, give extra time to it.
Practice previous years' papers and mock tests which are available online.
Prepare on current affairs topics for group discussion and interview.
Practice your communication skills and body language.
Go through the common interview questions asked.
Keep a balanced diet and proper sleep schedule for a sound mind and body.
